CJ is a passionate and fiercely driven leader with a strong background in administration, business development, and management. Having previously held positions as the Director of Calendar for a law office and Regional Director for Regis Corporation (New Jersey), CJ now brings her skills to EcoGroup USA where she serves as the Executive Assistant to CEO Greg Shiffner.
Carlton W. Blair III
Carlton W. Blair III (Tres) is Managing Partner and Senior VP at United Cargo Management (UCM) for the past 14 yrs. Tres brings 30 years of experience in shipping and global logistics from around the world and has traveled extensively across 6 Continents developing and executed detailed end to end global logistical solutions from far reaching places as Mongolia to Zambia.
He started his logistics career as a deck hand for Turecamo/Moran Towing in Charleston where he rode his bike to the docks between classes as a call out deck hand tying up ships and helping them dock in port.
He got his 1st job after graduation from College of Charleston at Steven Shipping where he was equipment control dispatching trucks and rail cargo across the country for their clients.
He later moved over to Lykes Lines which later turned into CPSHIPS for 13 years and started out as a vessel boarding agent entering the ships with US Customs and had various jobs from boarding agent, then was transferred to the Corporate office to run the South East as equipment control regional manager. Tres later transferred to the commercial side of the business and was transferred to Charleston as well as Houston to become the regional sales manager over the Gulf. Next Tres lived in Los Angles and he became the owner’s representative and ran sales on the West Coast for many years which is where he came in contact with the founder of United Cargo Management and later joined UCM. When he joined UCM he moved to Atlanta to set up their Southeast Regional HQ before later moving the operation to Charleston.
UCM was founded in 1987 and is known as one of the 1st US based companies to open up their own offices in China back in the late 80’s and today has a global network of partners with over 402 offices around the Globe and in 99 countries. In February 2020 Tres started CBR Holdings to help our clients with sourcing PPE products and CBR Holdings is registered with the FDA.
CBR Holdings provides brokerage and logistics services that include direct factory sourcing, inspections at factory to ensure FDA standards are met, trucking to port, customs clearance, ocean/air freight, GPS tracking of goods, warehousing, and 3PL packing services, and last mile delivery.
Jan Park is a member of the UCM|CBR team in Charleston, SC and is the Key Account Executive for the PPE program. Jan is a Registered Nurse with 25 years experience including direct patient care. Jan moved into an occupational health role and was the Director of Risk Reduction at the City of Charleston for 15 years where she developed programs to reduce the medical spend in the City’s healthcare budget. Jan developed over 12 programs that contributed to the City of Charleston remaining under budget in their healthcare spending for 10 consecutive years. She joined UCM|CBR to help lead the PPE program and is passionate about making sure that high-quality PPE gets into the hands of her fellow frontline healthcare workers.
